c. Alchohol is shipped only within Croatia.

6. Returns and Refunds

a. Complaints: Under the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to claim. Complaints are considered valid if they respond to the terms of the complaint by the Mandatory Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obligated to return the product to the seller within the agreed deadline at the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product within 14 days from receipt of a valid complaint or to refund the entire amount paid.

b. Internet Dispute Resolution: Special regulation of the European Union, dated 15 February, throughout the EU, online purchase-related disputes can be resolved through a platform that you can access  here .

This means that if you encounter a problem during online purchases within the EU (a defective product, the impossibility of replacing the product, etc.), you can submit a complaint through the link above.

The platform can be used by consumers and merchants, and the complaint can be submitted to any of the 26 official EU languages.
